Membership and Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of the Biletloop platform between [ŞİRKET UNVANI] A.Ş. (the “Company”) and any person who registers on the platform (the “Member”). Under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Company acts as an intermediary service provider; it is not the owner or seller of tickets listed by members, nor the organiser of any event.

2. Definitions

• Buyer: a member who purchases tickets through the platform.
• Seller: a member whose seller application has been approved by the Company and who lists tickets.
• Listing: an offer containing ticket details and price, published after approval by the Company.
• Escrow: the holding of the buyer’s payment by the Company until the event has taken place.

3. Membership

• Membership is free. Anyone aged 18 or over with full legal capacity may register.
• Each person may hold only one account and must keep their details accurate and up to date.
• Members are responsible for the security of their account, including keeping their password confidential.
• The Company may suspend or close an account in case of false information, suspected fraud or breach of these terms.

4. Becoming a seller and listing approval

• To sell, a member must verify their phone number and provide identity details, an identity document and an IBAN held in their own name.
• No member may sell without the Company’s approval. Each seller application and each listing is reviewed individually; the Company may reject an application or listing without giving reasons.
• Sellers’ identity, contact and bank details are never shared with buyers.
• Seller obligations are set out in the Seller Rules.

5. Purchases

• For seller listings, the buyer pays the seller’s price plus the buyer protection fee (plus a currency conversion fee for listings in foreign currency). The buyer protection fee is non-refundable. The total is shown before payment.
• Some tickets are sourced from official suppliers and delivered automatically by the Company; for these tickets the displayed price is the total payable and no additional fees apply.
• When the buyer proceeds to checkout, the tickets are reserved for 10 minutes; if the time runs out they are released for sale again.
• The buyer must enter attendee details (full name and, where required, ID or passport number) correctly.
• Compliance with fan card (e.g. Passolig), age, club and away-fan restrictions is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for tickets to leisure events held on a specific date. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Fees

Listing tickets is free. When a sale is completed, the buyer pays the buyer protection fee and the seller’s commission is deducted from their earnings, at the rates shown on the Buyer Protection Fee and Seller Commission page. Fee changes are announced at least 7 days before they take effect and do not apply to transactions already in progress.

7. Prohibited use

• Selling fake, stolen, copied or invalid tickets.
• Offering payment or contact outside the platform, or including contact details in listing notes.
• Collecting listings with automated software or manipulating prices.
• Using another person’s identity or bank details.

8. Termination

Members may close their account at any time; obligations arising from orders in progress remain in force. The Company may terminate these terms with immediate effect in case of breach.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Members should first contact [email protected]; the Company will respond within 15 days. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits; for other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
