Buyer Protection Fee and Seller Commission

In short: Listing is free. For seller listings, a 5% buyer protection fee is added to the buyer's payment and a 12% commission is deducted from the seller's earnings. Automatically delivered tickets from official suppliers carry no extra fees. No hidden costs.

Principles
- The total and the buyer protection fee are shown separately before payment; taxes are included.
- Rates don't change once checkout has started.
- The buyer protection fee covers escrowed payment, listing and seller verification, the buyer guarantee and customer support. As this service is provided when you order, it is non-refundable; refunds cover the ticket price (including any conversion fee).
- If a refund is caused by an error on our side, the protection fee is refunded too.
- Seller commission is only charged on completed sales; no commission is taken on refunded sales, although penalties may apply.
- Rate changes are announced at least 7 days in advance.
