Limitation of Liability

In short: Biletloop does not organise events; it is an intermediary that connects buyers and sellers. Our liability is limited to the scope of the Buyer Guarantee.
1. Role of the platform
Biletloop is an intermediary service provider under Turkish Law No. 6563. For seller listings, the seller is the member who created the listing; automatically delivered tickets from official suppliers are sold by the Company. The organisation, content, date, venue and entry rules of an event are the organiser's responsibility.
2. What we are not liable for
- Decisions by the organiser, club or venue (matches behind closed doors, closed stands, away-fan bans, time/date changes).
- Personal circumstances preventing entry: no fan card/Passolig, club restrictions, age limits, stadium bans, failure to show ID.
- Transfer problems caused by incorrect attendee details entered by the buyer.
- Indirect costs such as travel and accommodation, and loss of profit.
- Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, official restrictions, infrastructure outages).
3. Maximum liability
The platform's liability for any order is in all cases limited to the total amount the buyer paid for that order. Liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Prices
For seller listings, prices are set by sellers and may exceed the face value printed on the ticket. By placing an order, the buyer accepts the total amount shown before payment.
