A step-by-step guide to buying and selling tickets.
Buying tickets
- Find the event, choose how many tickets you need and a section.
- Pick the listing that suits you by price and block.
- Enter attendee details (ID/passport number for Passolig tickets; some events abroad also require date of birth and country of residence).
- Pay by card on our secure checkout. Your tickets are reserved for 10 minutes.
- Your tickets are delivered; track progress on your order page.
Selling tickets
- Sign up and verify your phone number.
- Choose the event and enter section, block, row, quantity and price per ticket (TRY, EUR, USD or GBP). Your net earnings are calculated instantly.
- Choose the sale type (all together / no single left / any) and the ticket type.
- Upload proof of ownership. Your listing goes live once it has been checked and approved.
- You're notified when it sells; deliver the ticket to the buyer and mark it as delivered.
- Your earnings become available 24 hours after the event and are paid to your IBAN.
Ticket types
- Passolig / Fan card: transferred to the buyer's card.
- PDF: the file is uploaded and the buyer downloads it from the order page.
- Mobile e-ticket: transferred through the ticketing app.
