- If your tickets don't match the listing, you get equivalent tickets or a refund of the ticket price.
- If your tickets aren't delivered on time, you get equivalent tickets or a refund of the ticket price.
- If the event is cancelled without a new date, the ticket price is refunded.
- The buyer protection fee is not refunded (except for errors caused by the platform).
- Your payment is held until the event takes place and is only released to the seller 24 hours after the event if no problem has been reported.
- Your card details are never stored on our systems.
