Seller Rules

In short: First you're approved as a seller, then each listing is checked separately. You deliver sold tickets on time and exactly as listed; your earnings are released after the event.
1. Approval process
- Seller application: phone verification, identity details, an ID document and an IBAN in your own name. You can't list until our team approves you.
- Listing approval: every listing is checked for the event, section/block details and proof of ownership. Listings that aren't approved don't go live.
2. Listing rules
- Ticket details (section, block, row, format, restrictions) must be complete and accurate. Seats listed as “together” must be adjacent.
- Prices are per ticket and can be entered in TRY, EUR, USD or GBP; once a sale is confirmed the listing can't be withdrawn and the sale can't be cancelled.
- Less than 24 hours before the event, only highly rated sellers can list.
- Sellers may not sell the same ticket through another channel.
3. Delivery deadlines

A seller who learns they can't deliver must tell our support team immediately (within 12 hours at the latest) and keep proof of delivery (transfer screenshots, emails) for 6 months.
4. Payouts
- When withdrawing, a 12% seller commission and any penalties are deducted from the sale amount; the rest is paid out.
- Earnings become available 24 hours after the event (if no problem is reported by the buyer in that time) and are paid to an IBAN in the seller's own name.
- For security, IBAN changes are only made through our support team with re-verification.
- Tax obligations arising from sales are the seller's responsibility.
5. Breaches
Late delivery, tickets not matching the listing or non-delivery trigger the Penalty Policy; repeated breaches lead to permanent removal of selling rights.
