Biletloop is a secondary marketplace where ticket holders can safely sell tickets they can't use to other fans. We connect buyers and sellers and protect the payment. For some matches and races abroad, tickets are sourced from official suppliers and delivered automatically.
Prices are set by sellers. Depending on demand, tickets may sell above or below face value.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are never stored on our systems.
For seller listings, a buyer protection fee of 5% of the ticket price is added to the buyer's payment, and a 12% commission is deducted from the seller's earnings when they withdraw. Automatically delivered tickets from official suppliers carry no extra fees. The total is always shown before payment.
No. The fee covers escrowed payment, verification and the guarantee; refunds cover the ticket price but not the protection fee. If the error was ours, the protection fee is refunded too.
Sellers can price tickets in TRY, EUR, USD or GBP. At checkout the amount is converted to Turkish lira at the current rate and you are always charged in TRY; the rate is locked when you reserve.
If the seller can't deliver, we find you equivalent or better tickets; if that's not possible, the ticket price is refunded (excluding the buyer protection fee).
If the event is cancelled without a new date, the ticket price is refunded (excluding the buyer protection fee). For postponed events your ticket remains valid for the new date.
Your payment is held in escrow and released to the seller 24 hours after the event. If a problem is reported in that time, the payment is held until the review is complete.
The seller transfers the ticket to the ID or passport numbers you entered at checkout. A fan card is required for football matches in Turkey.
PDF tickets are uploaded and can be downloaded from your order page. Mobile e-tickets are transferred through the relevant app.
Less than 24 hours before the event, only highly rated sellers can list; if needed, delivery is coordinated at the venue.
Sign up, verify your phone, choose the event, enter the ticket details and your price, and upload proof of ownership. Your listing goes live once approved.
In My account > Sales you'll see who to deliver to; deliver the ticket and mark it as delivered.
The penalty policy applies: your seller rating drops and the cost of providing replacement tickets may be deducted from your earnings.
